I am writing you with some exciting news. Since we started in 2012, Trestles has evolved and so has my work as its cofounder. In 2016 I decided to briefly step away from consulting to put myself in the shoes of my customer. I spent a year working in-house as a service designer at Lowe’s, and gained a whole new perspective—learning firsthand about culture change and implementation.
I saw what it really took to make customer experience work stick—and I also saw what could kill it early.
Yet I’m an entrepreneur at heart, so it was only a matter of time before I applied these lessons through the lens of a new venture. I am writing you today to invite you into two new journeys.

I’ve started coaching teams and leaders as an Authentic Leadership Coach. I began the process of getting certified as a coach in 2016 and i’ve now worked with a number of one-on-one clients and a few creative teams.
