My Expertise

I’m formally trained in service design and have over ten years of experience as a practitioner. My work has run the gamut. I’ve helped design and pilot a DIY home improvement learning program at Lowe’s called The UpSkill Project and prototyped service concepts with a one-woman health and nutrition startup.

I’m also an authentic leadership coach, and since beginning my coach training in 2016 have begun to blend coaching and service design approaches.

Coaching Packages

My Service Design Coaching program begins with a three-month Starter Package and can be extended from there, to assist with teaching and transforming your organization to become more service-minded.

As add-ons to the Starter Package, I offer one-on-one leadership coaching and team workshops to explore specific needs and challenges.
